Polk is a boutique consulting firm led by three principals, working with a seasoned team managing a squad of agents. We deliver exceptional results for a fraction of the time and cost.
Why Polk exists
For decades, serious management and technology consulting belonged to companies big enough to afford it, with often mixed results. Smaller companies are uniquely competitive in this new AI era. The big firms won’t take the call, and small IT firms can’t deliver the advisory services critical to designing smart growth strategies. Polk exists to fill that gap.

Where we come from
Our leadership team brings ample consulting and founder experience across enterprise, startups, scale-ups, and non-profits. Our technical teams include hardware and software engineering experts and we are constantly updating our models and methods.
We have run businesses ourselves. We know what it is to want to move fast, get the benefit, and not lose your soul in the process.
