The tool suite for the agentic era.

We took apart how a small company runs and built a tool for each part. Every tool is already built and running Polk. We fit it to your company, install it in your accounts, and keep improving it with you.

We work with businesses and nonprofits that want to think smart and move fast, and we help them go agentic native. You don't sign up for a subscription. The tools come with our consulting and advisory work.

  1. 1

Listen first. Wave interviews your people before anything gets built.

  2. 2

Build the base. Your company brain holds what your company knows.

  3. 3

Add what you need. The playbook, your agents, Wall, and Pen run on top of the brain.

Where are you starting?

  2. “Everything lives in my head.”Company brainDesign + build
  3. “I want AI to sound like us, in every tool we use.”Company playbookDesign + build
  4. “My inbox runs my day.”Your agentsDesign + build
  5. “Nobody can see what anyone is working on.”WallDesign + build
  6. “Our newsletter and research depend on one person.”PenDesign + build

Each scene below plays out the work a tool does in the background. Yours runs on your own data.

polk/wavein use

Wave: hear your people in their own words.

Wave runs short voice interviews people answer on their phones, in about seven minutes. Wave asks follow-ups, then puts every voice on one map: the themes, the quotes behind them, and where people disagree. Participants choose how they're named, from themes only to full names. Run it again in six months and see what moved.

You keepThe transcripts, the map, and the decisions you make from it.

“I spend every Friday rewriting the same funder update.”

Split: where to expand next. Staff lean north, partners lean south.

polk/brainin use

Company brain: ask your company anything.

Your email, files, meetings, and CRM in one place that your people and your agents can ask and act on. It's the base the other tools on this page run on, and it's how Polk runs itself.

You keepThe brain and everything in it, inside the software you already run.

Your agents: a small team that knows your work.

Each agent has one job. One sorts your email and WhatsApp overnight and drafts replies the way you write them. One answers your team's questions in Slack from the company brain. One finds missing receipts and drafts invoices. You name each one.

You keepThe agents, their settings, and their memory, in your accounts. They never send without you.

The work we build for you is yours. The engines underneath are ours, and you use them under license, so every client gets the improvements as models and tools change.

      Yours, from day one

      • Your data, accounts, and logins
      • Your company brain and everything in it
      • Your playbook, voice files, and templates
      • The agents and code we build for you

      Polk's, licensed to you

      • The engines behind Wave, Pen, Wall, and the brain
      • Updates as models and tools change
      • The methods we refine across every install

      Let's get curious together.

After one working session, you'll know which of these tools help you now and which can wait.
